This Shipping Policy explains how Vequri processes and delivers orders placed through vequri.com.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. GMT/BST begin processing on the next business day. During busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. We will deliver orders without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.

International delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch email containing the tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Contact us immediately at support@vequri.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund. Additional delivery charges may apply where legally permitted.

Delayed deliveries

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed on a guaranteed date.

If an order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@vequri.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available options.

Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please:

  1. Check the tracking information.
  2. Check with other members of your household.
  3. Check any safe place or neighbour specified in your delivery instructions.
  4. Contact us at support@vequri.com

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law. We will investigate missing deliveries and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Damaged parcels

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@vequri.com Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographs of the item and packaging, where reasonably possible

This request helps us investigate the issue and does not affect your statutory rights.

Split deliveries

Where an order contains multiple products, they may be dispatched separately. If so, you may receive more than one parcel or tracking number. You will not be charged additional delivery fees unless this was agreed before purchase.

Pre-orders and made-to-order products

Pre-order, personalised, and made-to-order products may have different processing and delivery times. The applicable estimate will be shown on the product page or communicated before purchase.

If an order contains both available and pre-order products, it will be dispatched separately.
