Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when cancelling an order or returning products purchased from vequri at vequri.com.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
To request cancellation before your order is dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at support@vequri.com with your order number.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it under the cancellation process below.
Change-of-mind cancellations
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. If an order is delivered in separate instalments, the cancellation period begins when you receive the final item.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
To cancel, email support@vequri.com and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Products being returned
- A clear statement that you wish to cancel
Return conditions
Please return products:
- In their original condition
- With included accessories, labels, and packaging where reasonably possible
- Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
You may examine products as you would in a physical shop. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by law.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost
We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Do not return an item until we have provided the correct return instructions and address.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Products excluded from change-of-mind returns
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed products unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
- Sealed audio, video, or software products after unsealing
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscriptions
- Other products legally exempt from cancellation rights
These exclusions do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
Delete any categories that your store does not sell.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products
Contact us promptly at support@vequri.com if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where reasonably possible. Photographs can help us investigate but do not replace your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Refunds
For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned products
- The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as express delivery, we do not have to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
We will issue the refund within 14 days after:
- Receiving the returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that you sent them back, if earlier
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Sale products
Sale and discounted products have the same statutory rights as full-price products. Any additional voluntary return offer will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
Gifts
Refunds are normally made to the original payment method used for the order. Contact us if you received an item as a gift and need assistance.
