Terms of Service

Last updated: 17/07/2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://vequri.com/ and purchases from vequri.

The store is operated by Hamza Uddin, a sole trader trading as vequri. Our business address is 57 Swaton Road, London, E3 4ES, and our email address is support@vequri.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About our store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products to you. Your contract for the purchase of products is with Hamza Uddin, trading as vequri, not Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or display. Any material variations will be stated on the relevant product page.

We may change or discontinue products, subject to fulfilling orders that we have already accepted.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable UK taxes / no VAT is currently charged because we are not VAT registered.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you submit your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed using the correct information. If you do not wish to proceed, or we cannot contact you, we will cancel the order and refund any payment made.

5. Placing and accepting orders

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • The price or description contains an obvious error
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
  • We cannot deliver to the address provided
  • A purchase restriction has been breached

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges, and estimates are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with you.

We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to you or a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or mis-described products are covered by separate statutory rights.

Our policies form part of these terms but do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Customer accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential
  • Providing accurate account information
  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, or comply with the law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use this website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • To transmit malicious code
  • To interfere with the website’s security or operation
  • To infringe another person’s rights
  • To collect information about others without lawful authority
  • To place false, speculative, or abusive orders

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect the store and its users.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to Hamza Uddin.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or misleading
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our store and marketing. We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary.

12. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers, social-media platforms, and Shopify apps.

Third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because our website links to them.

13. Website availability

We try to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect obligations relating to orders already accepted.

14. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for business losses where you purchase products wholly or mainly for personal use.

15. Privacy

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy or privacy settings.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, website, or legal obligations.

The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing contract unless required by law or agreed with you.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you live elsewhere, you may have additional mandatory rights under local law.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
